MARDEL International Management and Services, Inc. is a duly authorized private employment agency by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

MARDEL International Management and Services, Inc. is headed by Philippine cinema’s veteran and Multi-awarded actress, Ms. Marissa Delgado. Having been active in the recruitment and entertainment for 23 years, MARDEL has garnered numerous awards and citations.

MARDEL’s marketing strategy and approach was designed to ensure that the workers needed by discriminating clients in all its market are met! MARDEL International management and Services, Inc. focuses its financial objectives in meeting the manpower needs of bigger and more employers with the best possible approach believing that its financial objective can easily be attained if the company and its personnel would concentrate in continuously improving and upgrading the level of service it provides to its clients. In December 2000, MARDEL International Manpower Management and Services, Inc. was given the distinction of being a Top Performer Awardee by the POEA.

MARDEL was awarded Double Citations in 2002, designated as the Year of the Emplyment Providers. The citations were for the agency’s commendable performance without any recruitment violation cases and for continuously promoting the competence of Filipinos and creating employment opportunities for Filipino workers.

In the same year, and in accordance to Philippine Technical Education & Skills Development Authority (TESDA) program, Welcare Training Center, Inc., a Sister company of MARDEL International Management and Services, Inc. was granted authority to offer Live-in Caregiver Course, to train Caregivers competitive to the demands of Canada, U.S. and U.K.

MARDEL was certified by the International Standardization of Organizations (ISO) in October 18, 2002. Under TUV with head office in Germany, MARDEL & WELCARE were among the first to be certified by this outstanding Quality Management System in the whole industry.

Since its establishment, MARDEL has deployed abroad over thousands of Filipino workers in the field of construction, entertainment, services and nurses abroad.
