MARDEL INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES, INC. is a duly authorized private employee agency. Having been active in the recruitment agency for 25 years, MARDEL has garnered numerous awards and citations.

In December 2000, MARDEL was given the distinction of being a TOP PERFORMER AWARDEE by the POEA. The year 2002, designated as the year of Employment Providers, MARDEL was awarded DOUBLE CITATIONS. The citations were for the Company’s commendable performance without any recruitment violation cases and for continuously promoting the competence of Filipinos creating employment opportunities for Filipino workers.

MARDEL was certified to ISO 9001:2000 on October 18, 2002 under TUV.

Since its establishment, MARDEL has deployed over thousands of Filipino workers to foreign countries in the field of construction, entertainment, health, hospitality, and retail services.

Who We Are

SINCE the inception of our business in the manpower industry in 1985, we started off in the supply of Filipino workers in foreign countries under the company name MARDEL INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT & SERVICES, INC. We have gained many insights and are confident of our capabilities in providing our expertise in this industry.

Our Board of Directors have extensive experience and serve as officers of industry associations. The goals of Mardel International are two pronged:

1. Supply foreign employers constantly faced with challenges of manpower shortage; and
2. Assist Filipino workers with job placement in foreign countries. This has allowed Mardel International to expand business covering various aspects in relation to the supply of Filipino manpower.

Our company is licensed by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). Mardel International Management & Services, Inc is a member of the following associations; Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc (PASEI); Philippine Entertainment Exporters & Promoters Association (PEEPA); and the Philippine Association of Manpower Agencies of North America (PAMANA).

We are authorized to deploy professionals, skilled, semi-skilled and general workers for various foreign sectors. Our dedicated and experienced staff provides a “ONE STOP SOLLUTION” to meet all your labor needs. We have successfully deployed manpower services to Asian countries like Brunei, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore; Canada and the United States in North America; the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar in the Middle East.
