• Conduct search and selection of qualified Filipino workers for placements in foreign countries.
• Organize and conduct orientation course for selected Filipino workers with Philippine government, host country, and employer’s policies.
• Refer workers for medical examination by approved medical centers in the Philippines and obtain their medical reports.
• Assist Filipino workers  secure international passports and other travel documents.
• Facilitate employment contract signing between the foreign employer and the Filipino worker.
• Comply with all legal procedural and administrative requirements to bring the Filipino worker to the host country.
• Processing of application for approval from relevant and duly constituted authorities in the Philippines. Upon client request, we can also provide assistance in host country visa applications, where applicable.
• Arrangement for selection and recruitment of Filipino workers from the Philippines.
• Deployment of Filipino workers to country of employment.
• Orientation and counseling of Filipino workers, where necessary.
• With In-house OSHA Authorized Trainers.
