Caregiver  Program

 

Welcare Training Center, Inc (WTCI) has conceptualized a live-in Caregiver Program at par with international standards and largely based on the working immigration program of various Western, European and Asean countries in their increasing demand for live-in ccaregivers.

Integrated in the Live-In Caregiver Program are 3 major components:

Academic Training

 

The students will be equipped with relevant and essential skills, proper attitude and desirable working habits required by thejob thru a classroom setting conducive to learning.

Skills Training

 

Focuses on six (6) major areas:

Child Care

Home Management

Elderly Care

Health, Safety and Nutrition

Disabled Care

Worker Values and Attitudes

 

On the Job Training

 

Provides trainees with on-the-job experience in government accredited institutions and NGO’s catering to care giving works.
